At 8 months, Christopher can clap, move back and forth from a crawling and sitting position, and is eating #3 baby foods. He is beginning to like baby meats but fruits are his favorites and likes veggies as well. So far he has not rejected anything. He even tried cottage cheese the other day. He's not crawling in the traditional way yet has no problem getting to where he wants to go. He's wearing 9 month clothes, takes a morning and afternoon nap and is finally starting to sleep throughout the night with one wake up around midnight that needs a little soothing to get back to sleep for the remainder of the night. He loves bath time with his sister and chasing cat tails. He's very smiley during the day until Mommy has to go to work.
