Sing us a song Piano Woman

She's a natural!

For someone who doesn't pose very often, she looks pretty dang happy!
Singing and playing the piano takes concentration.
Audrey picked it out, Grandma bought it, Angi picked it up. Thanks everyone, as you can see, it's a HIT!

Easter!

Audrey didn't want to pose in front of the rabbits and eggs but sure had a fun time playing with them!
She kept picking up the eggs and relocating them.

Pretty girl, pretty flowers.
The girls were having a blast in the front yard!

It took her a bit to get the concept but she finally put some eggs in her basket.

I think she was just happy to be running free outside!
The silly boys!
More eggs!
Grandma and Zoey took a swing break!

They were happy!

Audrey liked this swing after collecting eggs.

Oops, ignore the duplicate.

Zoey giving kisses!

My tomboy let me paint her toes for Easter! I thought they were so pretty!

Easter basket time!

Audrey was getting cranky so we opened the basket at home after a much needed nap.

She loved the eggs!

They had candy in them!

It was yummy!

Completely unrelated to Easter, I am 5 months along now and officially over the half-way mark to meeting my son!

Decorating Easter Eggs

Audrey's first egg dying experience was exciting!
I asked her to put an egg in the dye and she proceeded to throw it in! Thankfully it was the yellow dye and not a bigger mess!
I put the eggs in the dye from then on.
But she was an expert at putting on the stickers!
After we cleaned the mess she kept asking to color eggs the rest of the day. I guess we should do this more often, not just for Easter!

Deanna Rose Farmstead Opening Day April 1

We met up with the Bowman family at Deanna Rose's grand opening. The weather was beautiful and the kids had a blast!
Audrey looking at the BIG fish!
And turtles!
She especially liked the flowers.

Zoey the butterfly!
Audrey was a little shy around the goats after the fall and winter break of seeing them.
Jackson wanted to ride the horses.
The goats were not shy around Travis.
Audrey and goats mostly played a game of chase. I'm not sure if anyone knew who was it!
Audrey and Zoey watching the baby goats.

Audrey remembered the bells right away!

Isn't he cute?
As soon as we arrived Audrey yelled out chickens! I couldn't believe she remembered after a 5 month break where they were!

Crown Center and the Easter Bunny

Last year Audrey was unimpressed with the Easter Bunny.
This year proved to be no different...
Maybe it's the Bunny.
Or the eggs. Who knows.
Then we went to Fairy Tale Land.
Pretty much every fairy tale you can imagine had some sort of display that the kids could explore.
Audrey, Steve and Grandma liked the three pigs house.
And Audrey loved the princess carriage!
You could pull Pinocchio's strings to make him move!
Then we went to the Crayola store where Audrey and Steve were in heaven.
Audrey was multi-tasking: eating a sucker Papa bought and drawing with Daddy.
This was a fun tic-tac-toe board. Papa said he could make one quite easily. But where would we put it?
