1 Year Check-up Stats

Christopher is measuring up just fine. He had 3 shots and blood drawn. He screamed bloody murder and was cuddly most of the day but is fine this morning. He is 29.5 inches and 21 pounds, both 50%. He tripled his birth weight exactly, which is what every doctor wants. He's also up to 5-6 steps so full time walking shouldn't be too far away! What a fast year this has been!

Christopher's First Haircut

Christopher was quite the trooper. He didn't cry and only complained because he pooped and didn't want to sit anymore. He even enjoyed the trimmer. Where's my baby?

11 months and Baby Steps

Christopher's 11 month pics.

Christopher continues to eat anything in sight. He is also taking 1-2 steps at a time. We thought he might be walking by his birthday but it might be just after. We started some hard core sleep training this week and he's getting better every night. He only fussed for a minute tonight and fell asleep on his own and without a pacifier. Woo hoo!

The Blueberry Patch Part 1

Last week we went to the blueberry patch.
The kids were super excited!

The wagon was a hit. Great thinking ahead Grandma!

Audrey thought Travis needed some help.

And we were off.

The blueberries weren't quite ripe.

But the kids tried to find the blue and purple ones anyway.

Hot Fun in the Summer Time

We introduced the sprinkler to Audrey,
and Christopher.

Lots of fun to say the least!

Audrey was more apt to run in the water when her head was covered!

Now she wants to go out every day!

4th of July

Audrey was very excited about the fireworks.
And we were not disappointed!

It was well worth the late bedtime to hear her ooohs and ahs and amazement.

And Christopher slept right through it until the finale. And went right back to sleep!
