April's Check-Up
I went to the doctor today and everything checked out fine. I lost 4 more pounds for a grand total of 27 since giving birth. My doctor called me "disgusting." :) I'd like to lose 12 more if possible. Of course, by the time I get comfortable with my new body, I'll probably get pregnant again! Audrey is still sleeping 4 or 5 hours at night. It's been great!

Sleeping and Growing
I can sleep anywhere! In my cradle...
In my crib...
Sucking my fingers (can't quite figure out the thumb yet)...

With Daddy...
Audrey is now out of newborn clothes and diapers! Yay! Now I have to redo her drawers. She is also sleeping more at night. Usually giving me 4-5 hours, but last night she slept 6 hours! Wow! On another positive note, I have been feeling so much better. I have a lot more energy (must be the extra sleep!). Last week I rearranged the furniture in our bedroom, something I have been wanting to do since we've been married! My plan is to tackle one room a week until my maternity leave is done, only 6 short weeks to go. I have my 6 week post partum check-up with the doctor this week. I'm sure everything will be fine. I am curious to see if I have lost any more weight since the initial shock of losing 23 pounds...
A Visit from the Denver Folk (April 4, 2008)
I was watching Zoey while Jackson and Travis picked up Kristi and Erin.
(I know I am a couple of weeks behind in getting these posted. Sorry they are out of order!)

One Month Check-Up
Audrey had her one month well-baby check-up today. She gained 2 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks! She is now 8 pounds and 1 ounce (the 25th percentile) and 21 inches (50th percentile). She's doing all her one month milestones and the pediatrician was quite happy with her weight gain. The next doctor's visit is in May, and she gets some of her vaccinations. Yikes!
